Axis Bank Young Bankers Program

Axis Bank’s Young Bankers Program (ABYB) is a flagship initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with the knowledge, skills, and attitude required for a successful career in banking.

Launched in 2012, the program is conducted in collaboration with Manipal Global Education Services and has consistently remained one of the most sought-after banking career programs in India. Over the past 11 years, more than 11,000 young professionals have been trained and inducted into Axis Bank through this initiative.

On successful completion, participants are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) from the prestigious Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), recognized as a leading institution in professional learning.

Program Structure (Duration: 1 Year)
The program follows a blended learning model combining academic rigor with practical exposure:

4 months – Classroom learning at Manipal Academy of BFSI, Bengaluru
3 months – Internship at Axis Bank branches/offices across India
5 months – On-the-Job Training (OJT) in a full-time role at Axis Bank branches/offices PAN India
