The Aspiring Bankers Program (ABP) is designed to identify promising talent and equip them with the right blend of classroom learning, practical exposure, and on-the-job training to build a successful career in banking.

Program Duration: 6 Months

1 Month – Classroom Training (Campus-based learning)
2 Months – Internship (hands-on exposure to banking operations)
3 Months – On-the-Job Training (Probation, working in real banking roles)
Through a structured learning pathway, ABP ensures participants develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to excel as professional bankers.
